How to Start Learning Words
After you add at least a few words, you can start training. Open the app main page, where available sessions are shown.

How to Start a Session
- Open the main page
- Tap the "Start training" button
- Answer questions about words
Question types alternate: the same word comes back as different exercises, so it is reinforced from several angles.
Exercise Types
Translation selection
The app shows a word and you pick the correct translation out of four options. A core type, always enabled.
Spelling
You see the translation and assemble the word or phrase from letters. Trains spelling and active recall.
Memory
The app shows a word and asks whether you remember its translation. The second core type, also always enabled.
Speech
You say the word out loud: you hold the microphone button and the app compares what you said with the word.
Missing word
One word in a sentence is hidden and you pick it from four options. Teaches you to understand a word in context.
How the Review Schedule Works
You do not need to decide what to learn today. Every day, the app shows words that are due for review, exactly the words you are about to forget.
How Much Time Is Needed
By default a session covers 20 words and takes about 15 minutes. Short but regular practice works better than long and rare.
First Steps
It is better to start with a small number of words you have already seen and want to reinforce.
The app picks the words that are due for review today.
Consistency matters more than volume. 10–15 minutes a day is enough for the algorithm to work effectively.
If you see an unfamiliar word in a show or a book, add it right away. This way your vocabulary grows naturally.
Tips for Better Results
- Learn words in context: reread example sentences, not only the translation.
- Pronounce words out loud during training. This engages additional memory channels.
- Do not rush to add hundreds of words at once. 10 well-learned words are better than 100 poorly learned ones.
- Turn on training reminders in settings and pick a convenient time: morning, afternoon or evening.
