Problem Reports and Support

Cards in VibeLing are built by AI, and sometimes it gets things wrong: a translation drifts, an example sounds unnatural, an image is off. Such places are fixed through reports from users, and that is exactly how the shared dictionary gets better.

How to report a problem on a card

  1. Open the word card and bring up the actions menu
  2. Choose "Report a mistake"
  3. Tick the fields that are wrong and describe what is off

You can tick several fields at once. The app picks up the field values itself, so there is no need to retype the wrong translation into your message.

What happens next

The report goes for review. Its status is visible in your profile under "Problem reports":

  • In review: we are still looking at it
  • Fixed: the problem was confirmed and the card corrected
  • Declined: the card turned out to be right
  • Withdrawn: you took the report back yourself

You can add a comment to any report, or withdraw it if you change your mind. A corrected card gets better not only for you: the dictionary is shared.

Feedback and support

If it is not about a particular card — something is broken, a payment will not go through, you want a new language or have an idea — write to support: Profile → Feedback. Pick a topic and describe what happened.

The reply arrives in the same thread, inside the app, so no email is needed. The conversation is kept and can be reread at any time. You can close the thread yourself once the question is settled.

Your own version instead of a shared one

A card from the shared dictionary cannot be edited: it is the same for everyone. If you need your own translation or your own example, create your own card, and that one you can edit yourself at any time.
