An Anki alternative for vocabulary: same reviews, no manual cards
Anki can do anything, but you make every card yourself. In VibeLing you type a word and the translation, examples, audio and picture appear on their own, while spaced repetition runs without a single setting.

Why people switch from Anki

No hunting for translations, examples and audio: it all appears as soon as you type the word.
Reviews with no setup
Intervals grow on their own and shrink when you make mistakes. No algorithm settings to figure out.
More than question and answer

Questions and answers
Can I import my Anki decks?
Not yet — there is no deck import. You will need to type the words again, but you won’t have to make cards for them: they build themselves.
What review algorithm does VibeLing use?
Spaced repetition: intervals roughly double — 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 days and beyond. When you get a word wrong, the intervals shrink, and a forgotten word starts the ladder again.
When is it better to stay with Anki?
If you study more than words — medicine, history, programming — or want full control over card layout and the algorithm. VibeLing is built for foreign words and phrases only.
Is VibeLing free?
Yes, adding and learning words is free. Pro removes ads and lets you learn several languages at once.
Does VibeLing work on a computer?
Yes, there is a web version that opens in your browser; link it to the phone app with a code to share your vocabulary and progress.
